Mathai is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with more than 15 years of experience in providing psychotherapy to individuals and groups experiencing wide range of challenges and issues including anger, anxiety, depression, psychosis, stress, relationships, trust, forgiveness, addiction, and mental health.

I am a warm and welcoming person with a skill of putting people at ease and my practice is focused on a person-centered approach that you come at the center of all work I do with you. I am always accommodating and guided by your preferences, needs, and priorities. I am a strong believer of individual's ability to grow and change. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, empathetic, and nurturing environment to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences and I will guide you to find answers within.

I have certificates in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), CBT for psychosis, Trauma-informed Mindfulness in therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFIT), Certified Clinical Trauma professional, concurrent disorders, solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing and brief action plan.

Reeja is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with over 10 years of experience in supporting individuals with mental health, addiction, and developmental disorders.

It would not be easy for anyone to reach out for help. I am glad that you are taking the first step. We all struggle at some point in our life. You may feel Anxious, depressed, emotionally overwhelmed, feeling stuck, exposure to a traumatic event that may leave you frozen or fearful. Psychotherapy can help you to heal, evolve and flourish. I use trauma–informed, evidence-based, client-centered, and non-judgemental approach. I support individuals struggling with anxiety, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, depression, anger, trauma, body image, eating issues, and work - family related stress. My goal is to provide a calm and safer space where people can express their problems and work together as they navigate their personal growth and achieve a greater sense of peace and well-being.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing techniques, solution-focused brief therapy, and supportive counselling along with mindfulness techniques.
